We get more mail than Santa Claus. We appreciate it, but can’t always keep up. We read every message. We wish we could respond to them all. Unfortunately we can't. Obviously we will respond to enquiries about attending our workshops or enlisting our services, but regret that time doesn't allow us to respond to questions about general literacy issues or concerns, class programs and student support. That said, however, we do try to address regularly raised issues in our blog posts.
