Services during COVID-19
A summary of our services during the COVID-19 crisis
We know that schools and teachers around Australia depend on Literacy Solutions for professional services and resources. Please note that we are dealing with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) emergency in a professional and comprehensive manner.
First, the health and safety of our clients is our top priority. We have implemented a number of policies in this regard. Our services have been impacted by some Government directives, but contingency plans are well underway. We will remain operational to the full extent possible as guided by Federal and State Government direction.
All of our booked offsite venues have advised us that they are unable to support our offsite workshops. In this regard, we will be making decisions soon about alternative modes of delivery for these professional learning opportunities. Please keep an eye out for emails advising of alternative arrangements. For those who have registered already, we will contact you directly to advise of alternatives.
We are still visiting schools to provide on-site consulting services. In some instances, modifications to classroom spaces may be necessary to ensure all COVID-19 safety protocols are maintained.
Our webinars for educators will continue as scheduled and additional options will be promoted in due course.
Webinars for parents
We will be offering parent focussed webinars to assist and support parents who will be undertaking some level of home-schooling in literacy or supporting their children's teachers while children are not attending school.
Our online courses are not affected and will continue to be available.
All resources will continue to be available as normal.
Should circumstances change and any significant impact on our services apply, we will update this notice immediately and inform all impacted clients.
These are challenging times but we want you to know that we stand ready to help however we can. We understand the critical role we play in supporting schools and teachers and we are continually humbled by your support.
