Services during COVID-19
A summary of our services during the COVID-19 crisis
We know that schools and teachers around Australia depend on Literacy Solutions for professional services and resources. Please note that we are dealing with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) emergency in a professional and comprehensive manner.
First, the health and safety of our clients is our top priority. We have implemented a number of policies in this regard. Our services have been impacted by some Government directives, but contingency plans are well underway. We will remain operational to the full extent possible as guided by Federal and State Government direction.
All of our booked offsite venues have advised us that they are unable to support our offsite workshops. In this regard, we are offering alternative modes of delivery for many professional learning workshops. Please keep an eye out for emails advising of alternative arrangements.
Where available you can still attend a face-to-face workshop in Term 4. Please note, however that Term 4 workshops may be impacted by ongoing government directives regarding COVID-19. We would recommend that if you wish to register for a face-to-face workshop in Term 4, you choose the option to ‘Pay later’ and hold off making payment until we can confirm, closer to the actual date, that the workshop will proceed.
We are still visiting schools to provide on-site consulting services. In some instances, modifications to classroom spaces may be necessary to ensure all COVID-19 safety protocols are maintained.
Our webinars for educators will continue as scheduled and additional options have been added to the schedule. More options may be added in due course.
Videos (for teachers and parents)
A range of videos presentations for Teachers and a series of short videos for parents will be available over the coming weeks and months. Some of these will be freely available.
Our online courses are not affected and will continue to be available.
All resources will continue to be available as normal.
Should circumstances change and any significant impact on our services apply, we will update this notice immediately and inform all impacted clients.
These are challenging times but we want you to know that we stand ready to help however we can. We understand the critical role we play in supporting schools and teachers and we are continually humbled by your support.
