This reading workshop provides practical tips and strategies for teachers’ aides working with middle years’ readers. Participants will explore:

- the reading process
- reading strategies
- using error analysis to guide student instruction
- reading with groups (shared reading strategies to support decoding and comprehension)
- reading with groups (guided reading).
